Lucy Mukerjee is the Director of Programming at Outfest where she oversees three LGBTQ film festivals and various year-round educational programs dedicated to increasing the visibility of the queer community.

Lucy studied English Literature and Film in London, before working in publishing as an editor. Since moving to the US from the UK in 2003, Lucy has produced two dozen theatrical feature films, mostly for Lionsgate and Warner Bros. In her spare time, she screens for Sundance and the Women In Film Finishing Fund, as well as curating the LGBT film selections for the Prishtina Kosovo Film Festival.  

Lucy’s most recent feature film Jack Of The Red Hearts was released nationwide in 2016 by AMC. She is a two-time Film Independent fellow, for Project Involve and the Producers Lab, and a member of BAFTA and the Producers Guild of America.
